Prefabed Steel Bulkhead

Prefabricated steel bulkhead that will allow for remote filling of the hydrocarbon vessel/s.

A. Six (6) 2" liquid fill line openings.

B. Six (6) - 1 1/4" vapor return line openings.

C. One (1) - 25’ grounding cable with clamp.

Bulkhead Fittings

Valves for bulkhead that will allow for remote filling the hydrocarbon vessel.

A. 2" liquid fill line will be supplied with 3 1/4" acme adapter with cap to attach to transport hose, 2" back check valve, 2" globe valve, nipples, union, flexible connector, and hydrostatic relief valves.

B. 1 1/4" vapor return line will be supplied with 2 1/4" acme adapter and cap to attach to transport hose, Fisher N-550-10 Emergency Safety Valve (ESV) with remote shutoff capabilities, 1 1/4" shut off valve, nipples, union flexible connector and hydrostatic relief valves.

1. For each set of fittings that will be used to unload DME into a vessel, add for special trim in the valving.
